Claude Code Terminal Workflows: From Idea to Pull Request

Claude Code works where developers already spend time: the terminal. That matters because the agent can inspect a repository, edit files, run commands, and keep the workflow close to version control.

A good Claude Code request includes the goal, the files or modules to inspect, the constraints, and the command that proves the change works. MCP becomes useful when the task needs context from design docs, tickets, or internal tools.
